1. How do I place an order?

It’s easy! Head to our website, choose your t-shirt or hat style, upload your design or use our design tool to create one, pick your sizes and quantities, and add it to your cart. Then just follow the checkout steps. Done!

2. What types of t-shirts and hats can I customize?

3. Can I upload my own design?

Absolutely! You can upload your artwork in formats like PNG, JPG, or PDF. For the best results, make sure it’s high resolution (at least 300 DPI). We’ll take it from there!

4. What if I don’t have a design ready?

No worries! Our online design tool lets you create something awesome from scratch. Add text, choose fonts, pick colors, or use our library of graphics—it’s all up to you.

5. How long does it take to get my order?

6. How much does it cost?

8. What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your gear. If there’s an issue with the quality or printing, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Custom items can’t be returned just because you changed your mind, though—since they’re made just for you!

9. Can I see a proof before you print?

Email us at customerservice@tshirttube.com, prior to checking out & we’ll send you a digital proof to approve.

10. How do I care for my custom t-shirt or hat?

For t-shirts, machine wash cold and tumble dry low to keep the design looking fresh. Hats are best spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or ironing directly on the print.
